Qualifications are not essential but highly desirable; many years of experience and fantastic checkable references are a must!
We interview all our nannies personally and check your references and certificates thoroughly.
When we interview a candidate we make a point of finding out the kind of position and family that would suit her, so that we can make a good match. At interview we will discuss things such as your most recent experience, reasons for moving on, what you most enjoy in your work and endeavour to introduce you to the most appropriate families.
If we are successful in finding you a terrific family to work with, we will arrange for you to have contacts of other nannies in your area to help you to settle in happily.
We provide an ongoing support service for our Nannies following placement and are always here to answer any queries you might have.
